Agmar's Magic Shop and Haggle Option

I am learning how to create modules for Fantasy Grounds.  Feedback is appreciated.

Included with this supplement are templates and tables to randomly generate magic items from DMG and other modules by WotC (make sure they are open).  In addition, I added a magic shop inventory generator for DM's looking to add this to their campaign.  Finally, I like having the option for haggling with shopkeepers on prices to allow PCs more roleplay ability.
